First off, I want to say thank you again to everyone who gave me suggestions on how else to style this skirt. I love it so much, but it is proving challenging to come up with different outfits for it. A suggestion I got a few times was pairing it with green, so I decided to start small and go with a green necklace.

ReplyDeleteLove how you found another way to wear this skIRt. the denim seems so natural with it, especially when you top with the necklace. Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteLove that skirt! The necklace gives it a nice pop!
ReplyDeleteThis is cute. I love the necklace! I can totally see a green shirt with this. I think if you have a shirt in the same shade as the necklace it would be cute.

Love it! So chic and sophisticated xo
ReplyDeleteI love this look. The simplicity of the button down oxford is one of my favorite ways to potentially style this. Even with a basic white oxford button down and some funky jewelry, this skirt is definitely a keeper and would be in my rotation quite often!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!

Have you tried pairing the skirt with red? Just thinking about the color wheel, you have BV (blue and violet) on your skirt, and so Green or Red theoretically should work since they are on either side of BV. It's such a great skirt :)

Tara, I stumbled upon your blog recently and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! My first instinct would be to somehow incorporate yellow with this skirt for a change of pace. Big fan of the chambray and green, though - you nailed it!

ReplyDeleteI could see why it would be difficult to style it, but I think the cognac accessories and muted colors really allow it to shine.
